Le 18 mars 2025, un séisme judiciaire a frappé l'un des plus grands groupes français opérant en Afrique : le groupe Bolloré.‍Notre Collectif Restitution Afrique (RAF), rassemblant 11 associations issues de 6 pays africains, a déposé une plainte historique contre Bolloré en France, pour "recel" et "blanchiment d'actifs".‍Notre objectif est clair : récupérer tout ou partie des 5,7 milliards d'euros obtenus par Bolloré lors de la vente de ses activités africaines en 2022.

Who are we?

Under the supervision of Jean-Jacques Lumumba, whistleblower and former Congolese banker. The RAF Collective is a collective of legal experts, activists and committed citizens.
