Guy Constantin Nzati

Quality Management Engineer, Expert in Standardization and Management System Implementation.

Graduated with a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Douala, NZATI Guy Constantin also holds a degree in Quality Management. Former Quality Management Manager at the Standards and Quality Agency, he is currently on his own account as Managing Partner of the QHSE Consulting Firm, called “Qualité Camerounaise Consulting Sarl”, abbreviated “Quali-Cam Consulting Sarl”, abbreviated “Quali-Cam Consulting Sarl”. He is renowned for his work in supporting companies in their standardization process.

Over the last 11 years, he has led Management System Implementation projects within the Agency for Standards and Quality (ANOR) via PACOM, Fisco Sarl via the European Union Trust Fund & IPED, he participated in the development of CDPME/GICAM training programs with the collaboration of GIZ (Organization of German Cooperation in Cameroon), he has coordinated of the project to train internal quality auditors according to ISO 9001 in 2020 at APAVE Cameroon, He participates as an Expert in the development of the Code of Good Corporate Governance in Cameroon and Central Africa in collaboration with GICAM & AFD/PROPARCO, he also participates in the project to set up an Institute of Administrators and Managers in which he is in charge of issues of BENCHMARKING of training courses to be contextualized, as well as the development of the mapping of business training needs.

Guy Constantin is passionate about corporate governance issues, which led him to become a lecturer for 5 years now in “Corporate Governance” in Master 1 Business Law at the Catholic University of Central Africa (UCAC).

His adventure within civil society began in 2008 when he was a 2nd year student at the University of Douala (U.D). He is involved in the “Youth for Africa notebook”; of the organization OSER L'AFRIQUE on the eve of the fiftieth anniversary of the independence of sub-Saharan African countries. Then, with other young students and job seekers, he founded the “Solidarité Jeunes” Association, which at that time worked for the supervision and improvement of street children and indigent young people. In 2010, he founded “Joss Dynamic” an association of former students of Lycée-Joss from the classes of 2004 to 2006, which was forged in the organization of Academic Excellence at Lycée-Joss in 2011 and 2012.

In 2011, Guy Constantin was co-opted by the CEMAC Youth Association (AJEC) where he acted as manager for cultural and sports affairs.

In 2012, together with other fighters, he launched the fight for a better future in Cameroon, the Association “Synergie de la Jeunesse Camerounaise (SJC)” where he alternately held the functions of Secretary General during the first term of office and as 1st Vice President during the second term. IN 2014, he participated in the writing of a collective work called “Le Carnet de l'engagement pour la Jeunesse”.

In 2018, in the continuity of the SJC, Guy Constantin was fully committed to the creation of the MP3 Political Party and the “Building Together” movement.

In December 2019, he founded with other classmates from Lycée-Joss, a second association of former students called “Joss Initiative and Emancipation” in short “JOIE” which brings together 10 generations, namely generations 2000 to 2010. JOIE aims to promote the socio-professional integration of its members and to promote the spirit of patriotism and citizenship among its members.

In 2020, Guy Constantin founded with other young leaders with whom he promotes a culture of social innovation, the THINK DO TANK “THE OKWELIANS”, with whom he continues to work to this day. He has alternately held the positions of Director of Communities, Director of the HUB Engagement and Special Advisor to the President.

In August 2023, Guy Constantin NZATI became Coordinator of a project called “Cameroonian civil society at the heart of the ecological transition”. It is a Fund financed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is housed in the French Embassy in Cameroon. This project for Cameroonian civil society aims to introduce into the daily actions of Cameroonian civil society organizations the consideration of the challenges of ecological transition. This is the first project co-constructed between Cameroonian civil society and the teams of the Cooperation and Social Action Department of the French Embassy in Cameroon.

In 2024, Guy Constantin NZATI was elected Secretary General of the Africa-France New Summit Council, which is a Cameroonian civil society organization and a major player in Cameroon-French cooperation. This organization was created at the MONTPELLIER Summit in October 2021 at the initiative of President MACRON, who requested a dialogue with young people on the African continent. This initiative has set up several bilateral projects such as: the Memory Commission, the FEF Ecological Transition to name but a few.

Today, he aspires to make Solidarité Jeunes (SOLIJ), of which he is the current President, the main tool for bringing together Cameroonian youth around a common vision, that of building young people who are actors in the construction of a sustainable Cameroon. In his daily fight, he works and fights for better governance of the country's resources with a strong emphasis on the fight against corruption.
